Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective bags are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
